Since 1980, Ron Sonntag Public Relations, Inc. has been a full-service marketing, public relations and advertising firm supporting companies in Wisconsin and beyond. The industries in which current and past clients have belonged include healthcare, industrial, food, financial, home improvement, packaging, retail, senior living, and performing arts. Our firm also promotes events and manages editorial services for publications.
Ron Sonntag, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Ron formed Ron Sonntag Public Relations in 1980 and served as president until 2010, then moving to chairman and CEO. Ron serves as account supervisor on numerous agency accounts and assists with a variety of agency clients, developing and implementing public relations plans, publicity campaigns, marketing and advertising plans, and related PR and marketing activities. He also assists in coordinating new business efforts for the company and for years has been asked to give his seminar, "PR and Marketing on a Limited Budget." He has a master of arts in communications degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a bachelor's degree in radio and television from the University of Houston. He also served an internship at the United Nations in New York in the Office of Public Information. Ron is the father of two sons, each of whom has two children. Ron was born in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, and enjoys golf, tennis, canoeing, hiking, bowling, dancing, and classic '50s-'60s music. He lives in Menomonee Falls with his wife Sally.

Patricia Johnson, President & Chief Operating Officer
Patty Johnson joined Ron Sonntag Public Relations in 1987 and became president and COO in 2010. Besides handling administrative functions for the firm, she is liaison for many of the firm's clients, developing marketing plans and assisting with projects including public relations campaigns, newsletters, brochures, special events, advertising, and logo and Web site design.
A major portion of her career has been devoted to public relations and marketing programs involving the prosthetics and orthotics field. As a result, RSPR has earned a nationwide reputation for its expertise in the field of orthotics and prosthetics and its public relations efforts on behalf of practitioners across the country. Additionally, she and RSPR staff members were instrumental in the design, development, and production of three national magazines for a disability audience - CHALLENGE, In Motion, and Amputee Golfer.
She also coordinates marketing and sponsorship for a variety of national and local special events. Since 1986, RSPR has handled Denver's A Taste of Colorado. She also has been involved for consecutive years in the production and promotion of other area special events.
A 1983 graduate of Marquette University in Milwaukee, Patty has a degree in communications. She and her husband, Eric, live in Muskego.

Dave Amoroso, Vice President
Dave Amoroso is vice president of Ron Sonntag Public Relations, with more than 20 years of experience as a public relations and marketing professional. In his position, Dave works with a variety of agency clients in developing and implementing public relations plans, publicity campaigns, marketing and advertising plans, and related PR and marketing activities. He also assists in coordinating new business efforts and helping small businesses gain market share and visibility. Dave has significant experience in working with home improvement-related businesses and special event planning and production. He received both his bachelor of arts degree in journalism with a specialization in public relations and his master of arts degree in journalism from Marquette University. He and his wife, Ellen, have two children, and the family resides in Wauwatosa.

Cynthia Marsh, Director of Editorial Services
Cynthia Marsh has been a member of Ron Sonntag Public Relations since 2005. She is responsible for editorial services, writing, collateral development, media relations, and newsletter content. Cynthia has more than 20 years of communication experience in journalism, public relations, and business-to-business and consumer marketing communications. She has worked as a reporter and editor for daily newspapers and business publications in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Ohio, and has provided writing and public relations assistance to nonprofits in the Pittsburgh market. She also served as the public relations director for a Michigan library system. Prior to joining Ron Sonntag Public Relations, she was an account supervisor at Brady Marketing Group in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Cynthia holds a bachelor of arts degree in journalism from Michigan State University. She and her husband, Dave, reside in Port Washington. They have two sons.

Kitty Goyette, Account Executive
Kitty Goyette is an account executive at Ron Sonntag Public Relations, having joined RSPR in 2003. She has nearly 20 years of agency experience in public relations and marketing. At RSPR, her duties include creating and implementing marketing, advertising, and public relations programs and publicity campaigns for a wide range of clients. She has extensive experience in senior adult health care and retirement living marketing as well. Kitty is a graduate of Marquette University with a bachelor of arts degree in journalism, specializing in public relations. She resides in Greendale with her husband, Dennis, and their four sons.

Kandi Korth, Office Manager
Kandi Korth, administration/finance and office manager, is responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, payroll, and timekeeping, as well as editorial support services. Joining RSPR in 1988 as a high-school co-op student, Kandi was quickly promoted to secretary/receptionist and eventually to her present position. She and her husband, Lorne, have three children, Jessie, Valerie, and Nick. The family lives in Brown Deer.

Kimberly Greene, Account Executive
Kimberly Greene, account executive, has been a member of Ron Sonntag Public Relations since 2007. Her responsibilities include developing and writing a variety of marketing communications and coordinating and managing media relations campaigns. Kimberly is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, with degrees in marketing and communication. She is an active volunteer for several animal advocacy organizations in the Milwaukee area. A native of Racine, Kimberly resides in Wauwatosa.

Lindsay Schultz, Account Executive
Lindsay Schultz, account executive, joined RSPR in January 2006 as an intern. In her current position, she writes news releases, promotional copy, newsletter and feature articles, and other communications. She is an asset in the areas of social media, Web site optimization, and search engine advertising. Lindsay also provides support in media and mailing list development, news release distribution, media relations, layout and design, and research for a wide variety of clients. She has a bachelor's degree in writing and advertising from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. She lives in Germantown with her husband, Andy, and their baby, Fletcher.

Kevin Kosterman, Graphic/Web Designer
Kevin Kosterman, graphic and web designer, joined the RSPR team in 2009. His responsibilities are all things creative, including creating logos, postcards, newsletters, print and web ads, trade show displays, e-blasts and websites. Kevin graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a degree in journalism with a design emphasis. He plays a lot of guitar, loves the outdoors and lives in Shorewood with his wife, Helen.
